Refund policy

This policy explains our return practices, defines your return options and describes how your return is filed. This policy covers the website at thelastspartan.com (“The Last Spartan” website). Should you have shipping questions or concerns, send an email through our contact form.

1. Return Contact Info

If you have any issues about any items that are damaged, defective or missing, email us through our contact form so we can help you quickly.

2. Comic books and graphic novels

Due to the collectibility and nature of comic books, we cannot accept returns of comics. There are exceptions to this rule: If an order was mis-placed or you believe it is defective, please email us through our contact form and we’ll do our best to get it sorted it out with you.

Comic books and graphic novels are not guaranteed to be "Pristine Mint Condition", printer defects and some shelf wear are normal with comics and graphic novels.  Highly discounted items can be expected to have some wear.

3. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@maneentertainment.com. Please note that returns will need to be returned to us. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@maneentertainment.com.
